By using SplitSense ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Use of the Service
SplitSense is a free, web-based tool that uses AI to help you split bills among friends. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
No accounts, no fees
SplitSense does not require an account and is free to use. We may add optional paid features in the future; if so, we'll be clear about pricing before you opt in.
AI accuracy
AI item detection is generally accurate but not perfect. Always review the suggested split before settling. SplitSense is not responsible for incorrect amounts, missed items, or disputes between users.
Payments
Venmo and Cash App buttons hand off to those third-party apps. SplitSense does not process payments and is not a party to the transactions you make through them.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SplitSense is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
